Ultimate Staffing is currently sourcing an Installation & Operations Coordinator for our client in the Gainesville, GA area.

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Installation & Operations Coordinator to manage and execute installation projects from start to finish(Automatic Doors & Shower Enclosures). This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment and can balance project coordination, customer communication, and physically active work.Y ou will serve as the central point of communication across customers, installers, vendors, and internal teams while ensuring all installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Communication

  • Manage installation projects end-to-end, serving as the primary point of contact

  • Coordinate schedules with customers, installers, contractors, and internal teams

  • Communicate clearly and consistently to ensure alignment on timelines, scope, and expectations

  • Conduct pre-job site checks, handle change orders, and resolve issues proactively

  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and cross-functional partners

Scheduling & Execution

  • Build and maintain installation schedules, ensuring job readiness and technician alignment

  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely, high-quality completion

  • Actively participate in daily/weekly operational and production meetings

  • Support continuous workflow improvement and operational efficiency

Materials, Inventory & Operations

  • Order and track materials (POs/STOs) and ensure availability for scheduled installations

  • Manage inventory levels and oversee incoming shipments

  • Coordinate closely with warehouse and suppliers

  • Safely operate equipment (e.g., forklift) as needed

Quality, Compliance & Detail Management

  • Review technician paperwork and job files for accuracy and policy compliance

  • Maintain CRM updates, including inventory, Door IDs, and warranty information

  • Ensure all work meets company quality standards, safety requirements, and building codes

  • Submit accurate billing documentation and track invoice completion

Hands-On Installation Support

  • Support or perform installation work as needed, including shower doors and related components

  • Assist with physical tasks such as lifting materials, preparing job sites, and assembling installations

  • Contribute to training materials and installation best practices

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in installation coordination, construction, manufacturing, or a related field

  • Must have experience in shower doors/glass or similar

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders

  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM or inventory systems

  • Inventory and warehouse experience required

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks daily

  • Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout 8-10-hour shifts

  • Willingness to work in warehouse and job-site environments with varying conditions

  • MUST be able to travel domestically for training within the first 90 days will install crews.
